Across Canada

We got a relatively early start this morning (8 A.M.) and after getting gas on Grand Island we headed for Canada.  Neither of us had any problem crossing the border, and the trip across Ontario was pleasant and uneventful.  When we arrived at the US border, we crossed the Ambassador Bridge and again passed through customs with no problems.

However, we got separated after passing through customs.  David and Jackie got momentarily  sidetracked in Detroit, but were soon back on track.  Our campground, Detroit Greenfield RV Park, is very pretty and has a beautiful lake.  We also got discount tickets to the Ford Museum and Greenfield Village.    We had a good happy hour, a nice dog walk, and a communal leftover dinner before settling in for the night.
